We pick up on every holiday including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. If the holiday falls on your pickup day, we will pick up your trash that day, but the routes run very early on those days so please set your cart out by 5 a.m. or the night before the holiday. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, check, cash or automatic withdrawal. You may also use our online bill pay by selecting it from the menu on the left of the website. Please use our online bill pay or contact our office at 541-276-1271 to set up recurring credt card or automatic withdrawal payments. Please mail payments to PO Box 1405 Pendleton, OR 97801 or deliver to our office during business hours at 5500 NW Rieth Road Pendleton, OR 97801.

By 6 a.m. on your pickup day, no later than 5 a.m. on holidays or during Roundup.

If you forgot to put your cart out, or the driver missed your cart, please call our office at (541) 276-1271; you can set out extra the next week or bring your cart to the transfer station at no charge.

Sherwin Williams accepts used paint at no charge.  Household chemicals in liquid form must be absorbed with cat litter or dirt before disposing of them in your household trash.  Household chemicals and alkaline batteries may be disposed of in your household trash.  Any business, commercial or industrial chemicals or hazardous waste must be disposed of through DEQ’s hazardous waste and/or conditionally exempt generator regulations.
